EXO GFC: Clinical Documentation and Quality Checklist
Share
EXO GFC from NovaClin Labs is coming soon. Clinics following the product can begin by organising the documentation they want to review when the full product information is available.
Start with the exact product identity
Record the product name, manufacturer and model or kit reference. Ask which documents accompany the supplied system and how the label identifies its intended use.
A clear product reference helps a team match the quotation, instructions and supporting technical information to the same kit.
Ask what is supplied
Request a complete contents list, packaging information, storage requirements and the current instructions. If separate equipment or accessories are required, ask for their identification and compatibility documentation.
Keep questions about components and handling with the clinical team responsible for evaluating the system. The product name alone is insufficient to establish the contents or preparation method.
Review claims against their evidence
If a product description makes a scientific claim, ask for the supporting work and check whether it concerns the same system and intended use. Keep product specifications, laboratory characterisation and clinical outcomes as separate parts of the review.
This approach allows the team to identify what a document establishes before it is used in a clinical or purchasing decision.
Distinguish growth factors, extracellular vesicles and exosomes
The terms growth-factor concentrate, platelet-derived preparation and exosome-enriched product describe different biological concepts. A product name alone cannot establish that a preparation contains a characterised exosome population.
The MISEV2023 scientific guidelines discuss extracellular-vesicle terminology, separation and characterisation, and the limitations of available methods. These research guidelines are a useful reference for evaluating a characterisation claim; they do not validate the composition or clinical performance of a commercial kit.
For a professional review, request the intended-use documentation, processing instructions, supplied components, sterility information and any relevant analytical reports. Match each document to the exact system being supplied.
Send a launch-information enquiry
Share your clinic name, city, professional role and the information your team wants to review. NovaClin Labs can receive your product and launch-status questions through its contact route.
