Start with the 32G 9-pin listing or the 34G 9-pin listing when requesting current NovaClin model information. Ask the supplier to state its supplied unit explicitly. The pin count is not a pack quantity.
Normalise quantity and cost
- Total heads = packs quoted × confirmed heads per pack.
- Quoted cost per head = quoted product subtotal ÷ total heads.
- Comparable landed cost per head = agreed total including the same cost components ÷ total heads.
For example, 4 packs containing 5 heads each represent 20 supplied heads. This is an arithmetic example, not a listed NovaClin pack size. Keep included and excluded taxes, freight and other charges visible; do not call a subtotal a delivered total. If the supplied unit is uncertain, pause the calculation and obtain written confirmation.
