Record three sources separately
Keep columns for the catalog statement, the current manual and the answer demonstrated by the trainer. Note the date, device reference and documentation version. This makes it clear which information was published and which detail still needs confirmation.
A setting count is not a treatment recommendation
Five levels or eight settings describe listed options. They do not identify a clinically appropriate value, an operating sequence or a patient outcome. Do not fill missing numerical values with information from another SMP device.
Keep the product categories clear
The listing names a laser guideline; it does not describe SCATTER as a laser tattoo-removal system. The separate PFD patch range should not be connected to SCATTER on that basis.
