Searching for 3-, 4- or 5-Pin Meso Needles? Check the Model

Catalog information checked 2 November 2026 · NovaClin Labs

The current NovaClin Labs catalog lists nine-pin and sixteen-pin multi-pin meso needles. It does not list a three-, four- or five-pin product. If you arrived through one of those searches, check the exact configuration before treating a product result as a match.

The pin count is part of the product identity. A supplier page about multi-pin mesotherapy can be relevant to the category without containing the specific attachment you need.

What NCL currently lists

  • 32G nine-pin: adjustable needle length listed as 0–2 mm.
  • 32G sixteen-pin: adjustable needle length listed as 0–2 mm.
  • 34G nine-pin: adjustable needle length listed as 0–2 mm.

These are the catalog descriptions to use as the starting point for an enquiry. A different pin count or gauge should remain a separate requirement. Do not assume that every possible combination exists because one combination is listed.

Why the whole model name matters

A description such as “multi injector needle” omits the number of pins, their gauge, the adjustment range and the intended connection. “Nine-pin” supplies only one of those fields. A useful model record brings them together and adds the manufacturer’s product reference.

That distinction matters when comparing an attachment already used in a clinic with one shown online. Similar shapes or a shared number of pins do not establish that the attachments have the same interface or intended use.

Use a comparison that exposes missing information

Create one row for the requested item and another for the proposed alternative. Use columns for manufacturer, product reference, pin count, gauge, listed adjustment range, compatible system and pack quantity. Enter “not yet confirmed” where a field is missing.

A blank or unconfirmed field is useful information. It shows what the supplier needs to answer before the product can be assessed. Replacing missing fields with assumptions makes the comparison look complete while weakening the purchasing decision.

Do more pins mean the same thing as a better result?

The catalog’s pin count describes a configuration. It is not, by itself, evidence of a particular clinical result, treatment speed, pain level or dose distribution. Those questions need appropriate product-specific information and professional evaluation.

The same approach applies to gauge. A 34G nine-pin item and a 32G nine-pin item share a pin count, but the listed gauge is different. Record both fields rather than shortening both descriptions to “nine-pin cartridge.”

What to send when you need another configuration

Send the exact requested pin count, gauge, product reference if known, and the device or syringe model with which it is intended to connect. Add a product-only photograph of the label or interface when it helps clarify the enquiry. Ask whether the required configuration is available; do not treat a category-page appearance as a stock confirmation.

If a different model is suggested, have the clinic’s authorised reviewer assess the documented differences. A purchasing substitute should be explicit and traceable.
