34G 4 mm Meso Needles: Five Ordering Details to Check

Catalog information checked 2 November 2026 · NovaClin Labs

A clear order for a 34G 4 mm meso needle identifies the gauge, nominal length, single-pin configuration, required connection and pack quantity. Leaving out one of those fields can lead to a similar-looking item being supplied against an incomplete request.

The NCL 34G single-pin listing includes four lengths, so “34G meso needle” does not identify the 4 mm option on its own. This guide focuses on purchasing accuracy rather than choosing a treatment technique.

1. Keep gauge and length in separate fields

Write “34G × 4 mm.” Here, 34G is the gauge and 4 mm is the nominal needle length. The current NCL listing states 0.18 mm nominal outer diameter for the range. None of these values describes a dose or guarantees a clinical depth.

When copying an old purchase line, check that the millimetre value has survived. A shortened description can turn a specific reorder into an open choice among 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm.

2. State single-pin or multi-pin

NCL lists both single-pin 34G needles and a 34G nine-pin attachment. The latter lists adjustable needle length from 0–2 mm. These are separate products with different descriptions. A request for “34G needle tips” leaves the configuration unclear.

Include the product link or current reference so the supplier can verify the intended item. Do not treat a shared gauge as evidence that the products attach to the same system.

3. Confirm the syringe connection

The single-pin product listing states Luer Lock and Luer Slip compatibility, with the intended syringe fit to be verified. Name the syringe or assembly in a technical enquiry if the connection needs confirmation. A generic photograph is less useful than the exact syringe reference.

Keep written confirmation with the product record. If the syringe model changes later, revisit the compatibility question rather than assuming that a previous answer covers the new assembly.

4. Distinguish boxes from individual needles

The current listing states 100 individually packaged needles per box. “Quantity 5” can mean five needles or five boxes depending on the purchasing system. Write both the ordering unit and the total: “5 boxes × 100 needles = 500 needles.”

This is a stock calculation, not an estimate of how many patients or sessions the order will cover. Clinical use and stock consumption should be tracked separately.

5. Review substitutions before receipt

Ask the supplier to flag any change to gauge, length, manufacturer, connection, configuration or pack size before dispatch. A different length is a specification change even if the price and gauge stay the same.

At receipt, compare the delivered label with the confirmed order. Record the actual lot and expiry information from the supplied pack. Keep an unresolved mismatch outside the clinic’s approved stock process until the appropriate person has reviewed it.

An example purchase line

“NovaClin Labs 34G × 4 mm single-pin meso needle; listed nominal outer diameter 0.18 mm; connection to be confirmed against our intended syringe; 5 boxes of 100 individually packaged needles; total 500 needles; no substitutions without written agreement.”

Adapt that line to the clinic’s real requirement. Avoid adding unverified claims such as universal compatibility, guaranteed pain reduction or a fixed injection depth.

Frequently asked questions

Is 34G × 4 mm the only NCL 34G size?

No. The listing also includes 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm and 6 mm lengths.

Does 4 mm prescribe the treatment depth?

No. It identifies the nominal needle length. Clinical use requires professional assessment and the applicable instructions.

Check the 34G product listing and use the box and unit quantity reference before confirming the order.
