Multi-Pin Meso Needle Design Specification Record

Use this record when a request for fixed or adjustable multi-pin meso needles needs clarification. It preserves the original requirement, the offered product and the supplier’s supporting information in one place. It is a product-identification document, not a treatment protocol.

1. Record the requirement before reviewing an offer

Field Your entry
Clinic and purchasing contact ________________
Requested product or existing label reference ________________
Gauge and pin count ________________
Length design: fixed or adjustable ________________
Stated length or adjustment range requested ________________
Intended syringe or injector reference ________________

If the original wording is ambiguous, retain it in a note and mark the unresolved field “confirmation required.” Do not convert “fixed nine pins” into a fixed-length specification without checking what the requester means. The fixed versus adjustable design guide explains the distinction.

2. Capture the supplier’s response

Question Response / supporting reference
What is the exact offered product reference? ________________
Is the needle-length design fixed or adjustable? ________________
What length specification applies to this item? ________________
Which label or instructions support the answer? ________________
Does the offered model differ from the requested item? ________________
What remains unconfirmed? ________________

A photograph can accompany the response, but keep its scope explicit: product photograph, diagram or reference illustration. Read how to match product photos to written specifications if the gallery and the requested model appear inconsistent.

3. Check the listed NovaClin configuration

The 32G 9-pin and 34G 9-pin listings describe adjustable needle length of 0–2 mm. The 32G 16-pin listing uses a different pin count and also lists 0–2 mm adjustment. This record does not establish availability of a fixed-length version or another pin count.

4. Close the identification question

Record the reviewer, date, confirmed reference and remaining questions. If the offered item is a different design, use the model substitution record before accepting it. Once the identity is agreed, send the confirmed reference and quantity through the NovaClin enquiry page. Keep the supplier response with the purchase order so the receiving team uses the same specification.
